







ABOUT ARTIST:
Roberto Rodríguez Redondo (Avilés, Spain, 1981) is a multidisciplinary artist whose work examines our relationship with contemporary culture and iconography. With influences such as the world of comics, new folk and design, he belongs to the DIY generation. His pieces have a figurative iconography that seeks its roots in an ancestral and anthropological culture.
Roberto Rodriguez’s work has been exhibited internationally and has been featured in several publications, such as Lodown Magazine.
For the last 10 years he has been actively collaborating with the American brand RVCA and is part of its Artist Network Program, which supports and promotes arts in all its expressions. Other prominent artists in this program include Ed Templeton, Matt Leines, Ben Horton, Ben Venom, Barry McGee, Benjamin Jean Jean and Kelsey Brookes, among others. His upcoming projects include a site specific work in Southern France, a collective traveling project with Known Gallery in Los Ángeles, California, and a new artist residency project in Asia.
